This Magnetic wall thickness gauge is a handy instrument that works on Hall-Effect principle to measure thickness of Plastic, Glass, Synthetics, Aluminium, Titanium,Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel and Other Non-Magnetic Materials.It is ideal for applications where accurate measurement of sharp corners, complex shapes and complex materials are required.
Special Features:- User Friendly Big Tablet Touch Screen Display. Multiple 4 Points Viz: Zero, Foil-1, Foil-2 and Foil-3 Calibration. Maximum 1000 Readings per File and Unlimited Files Storage and Retrieval. Minimum Reading Selectable and Resetable. Selected Readings could be seen anytime in between while Current Job in process. Earlier which Foils Calibrated could be seen.
This instrument measures thickness from 0mm to 7mm with resolution of 0.01(0.001 upto 0.5 mm). Reference balls are available in 2.5mm or 3.175mm, 5mm, 9mm size. Statistics (Number of readings, Average, Std. Deviation, Max. & Min., Relative Std. Deviation) are updated with every reading and displayed simultaneously. It helps to decide how many readings are to be taken. Third party Test Report traceable to international standards.
Auto off. If instrument remains unused for 1 minute, it is switched off automatically. It saves battery charge. Last calibration and selected readings are stored and auto-retrieved. Manipulation of readings is not possible. A beep sound selectable could be heard when reading is obtained. For zero setting use zero setting caps and for other readings ball is held perpendicular to the probe
